NEW YORK (CBS) A man convicted of stalking and harassing Uma Thurman has allegedly contacted the actress again.

According to reports, Jack Jordan allegedly made phone calls to Thurman's office and cell phone last week, violating a five-year order of protection the actress has against him.

The New York Post, citing law enforcement sources, reports that Jordan called the actress' office Friday night and spoke to her assistant. The next day, he called her personal cell phone, which her assistant also answered.

Jordan allegedly said Thurman's boyfriend was "not good enough" and that she should marry him instead. The actress has been on and off with Swiss businessman Arpad "Arki" Busson since 2007.

According to E! Online, the calls "freaked out" the Oscar nominee, who called the police.

"Uma had a criminal complaint prepared against this guy and filed on Oct. 31," a police source told the website. "No arrests have been made, but he is wanted here. If he shows, he's getting locked up."

Jordan was found guilty of fourth-degree stalking and one count of second-degree aggravated harassment in 2008 after he sent Thurman a series of creepy love letters and showed up on her front doorstep and movie set. He was sentenced to three years probation, to seek psychiatric treatment and stay away from the "Kill Bill" actress for five years.
