SeaWorld toddler rape charge: man allegedly assaulted 2-year-old, captured act on his cell phone

(CBS/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - A central Florida man, Michael Grzybowicz, is accused of raping a 2-year-old girl and documenting it on his cell phone, while she was left in his care at SeaWorld in Orlando for just ten minutes.

Grzybowicz, 26, was left alone with the 2-year-old for ten minutes according to the victim's mother, who left her daughter while she went on a ride with her boyfriend Feb. 17.

Grzybowicz had gone to the park with the family, and the mother had asked him to watch the girl.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's office the photographs clearly showing the rape were found on Grzybowicz's cell phone. He told the police he does not know how the photos got there.

Grzybowicz is being held without bail at Brevard County jail on charges of possessing child pornography. According to officials, Grzybowicz is expected to be transported to the Orange County jail where he could face further charges of sexual battery and lewd and lascivious molestation.
